Knit it On!

Like so many knitters, I learned to knit at a young age. By my pre-teens I was far too cool to knit and away the needles went. Sometime in my late twenties, living in the rainy northwest, I decided I needed a hobby to pass the rainy winter nights. I bought some yarn and a pair of needles and knit a hat. So it took me three tries to get decreases right, mind you I was still too cool to follow a pattern, but I was hooked. Every winter since then has been defined by the projects I undertake. There is still nothing better than cozying up on the couch with a snugly blanket, a hot cup-a, and a knitting project. So here’s what I’m working on. Of course, you can always check out my Ravelry Project Page – which actually gets updated!
